Any one have any ideas on how to modify the instrument panel so it can be removed for access after the build???

C,
I have seen where they cut the majority of the center of the instrument panel out, leaving just the perimeter. Then they make another panel, just slightly larger than the hole and mount that on Cessna vibration dampeners(bolts). Then all the instruments get mounted in this new plate. This allows you to pull that plate with the instruments in it out to change or work on them. Also gives you access behind the panel when out. Some minor guages or lights may stay in the original perimeter panel. I think the old L21's (military) were done partly this way with just the basic 6-pack of instruments on the anti-vibration plate. One idea, I guess.

You bet I will post them next week when I take some new ones. The ones I have now are not very good.
