What kind of fuel flow, GPH are you guys seeing with your 0-375s around cruise settings?

Hi guys, just flew from TX to Alaska--SQ2 #332SQ got an average of 12 gph--95mph--31"tires--a good solid 6hrs of fuel with some left over --have the belly pod with 23 gals.--2 guys, full fuel, basic camping gear,& bags!! First landing was with a 42mph crosswind--got her down on 2nd try--will never do that again!! Next time will land on taxiway into wind!!! I spoke with one 0-375 owner that claims 8.5 gph, the one i am working on is more like 10 to 10.5 gph.
We are putting a Catto prop on it soon , it will take the place of the Pawnee prop.
